Viton™ is is a brand of  high performance fluoroelastomer also known as FKM. This synthetic rubber is used most frequently in advanced fuel or engine systems due to its outstanding resistance to aggressive fuels and chemicals. The material also performs well at higher temperatures (up to 440°F) and is extremely durable. It is a great choice when high performance is a priority.
