Materials We Convert

Phoenix Associates works with a number of high end suppliers throughout North America to offer the very best materials for our customers. Based on user specification, we can source material from our network of trusted providers, or are happy to use customer supplied goods. All suppliers are either ISO certified or must provide other documentation validating the quality of their processes and craftsmanship. In general, we break down materials into two distinct categories: extruded rubber, and roll/sheet goods. 

Working with local and national extruders, we provide a multitude of options for O-rings, L-rings, cord, tubing, and custom profiles. We can have molds built for new products, or send existing molds to our suppliers. Check out our capabilities page to see the various ways in which we can convert these extrusions for you.

Likewise, our roll/sheet good suppliers are some of the best in the industry. We will source any type, size, durometer, and thickness of material based on your exact specifications. Our 35+ years of experience in the industry has allowed us to develop excellent supply chain relationships, resulting in perfect products for our customers.
