Dieless cutting is our most advanced and sophisticated manufacturing capability. Using various blades, we can cut just about any shape from various materials up to 5' W x 10' L x 1" thick. Since this process is computer controlled, it optimizes efficiency and repeatability. Any CAD file can be converted to quickly prototype new parts or complete large production runs. We can also punch holes and draw pen marks on parts where necessary. The machine excels at maximizing material yield and can cut very intricate designs.
