Automatic Presses

These presses are ideal for larger production runs for OEM type parts with minimal up-front die cost. When used in conjunction with servos, roll-feeds, and beater boxes, automatic presses are extremely efficient, eliminating the need for removing parts from webbing by hand. These units are not as fast as our rotary presses, but do offer the benefit of lower die costs. They can handle a wide variety of materials, have the ability to kiss-cut, and require less labor than other methods. However, these presses are limited in terms of the size of parts they can produce. The maximum we can manufacture in this category is 24"x24".
